Trump Indicted For Inciting Assassination Attempt

U.S. — Former President has been indicted by a federal judge in Pennsylvania for inciting an assassination attempt that nearly killed him.

"Trump is clearly at fault for someone attempting to murder him with a rifle," said Judge Paul Stephenson. "He brought this on himself, and we will ensure justice is done."

According to sources, the motion to indict Trump was filed roughly thirty seconds after the failed assassination attempt. "It was obvious by that point that Trump had caused a man to fire several bullets at him," said District Attorney Jan Marsh. "If Trump were not literally Hitler, no one would have tried to kill him in the first place. It's time we in the legal system go after Hitler and not the people trying to murder Hitler."

Man outside rally venue notices assassin climb ladder carrying rifle and notifies local police.
Assassin bear crawls on roof, gets into position, and sets up aim at Trump. All the while, video footage shows the two counter-snipers positioned on the rooftop behind the rally grandstand have their rifles aimed at the assassin.
My question is why the counter-snipers did not take out the assassin before he fired at Trump. Their rifles were clearly aimed at the assassin. This whole assassination attempt could have been prevented.

Bahahahahahaha!!!…😂😂😂😂👍🏽🇺🇸

Judge Postpones Start of Trump Documents Trial Without New Date

Judge Aileen Cannon had previously made clear that the trial would not start as scheduled this month but she declined to set a new timetable, saying many pretrial issues still have to be resolved.

Again as predicted….gone!…Winning!!😂😂😂😂👍🏽🇺🇸

Trump classified documents case dismissed by Judge Aileen Cannon over special counsel appointment

  • Federal Judge Aileen Cannon dismissed the criminal classified documents case against former President Donald Trump, saying the appointment of special counsel Jack Smith as prosecutor for the case violated the U.S. Constitution.
  • Trump was accused in the Florida case of illegally retaining classified government documents after leaving the White House in January 2021, and trying to withhold them from government officials who sought their return.
  • The ruling comes days after a would-be assassin narrowly missed killing Trump during a campaign rally in Pennsylvania, and hours before the start of the Republican National Convention.

What? You have to follow the Constitution to appoint and ratify someone? Someone get my fainting couch before my pearls snap. I read the decision. You can to dear reader. It's not the rambling of a rogue MAGA JUSTICE or anything close to it. The decision is founded, sourced, and true. Jack Smith can complain all he wants but it's the law he's overlooking to make a law unto himself. Justice was done here.

Watch the DC Judge cut against the grain and follow this all the way to SCOTUS only to get slapped down as well. The NY cases will fail on appeal, and Fani screwed the pooch in the GA case. All that may be left is the "slander" case which also should fail given how the NY legislators purposefully changed the law to back date the original charges making them eligible for lawfare once again.

DJT's legal bills must be astronomical. Winning, in his situation, is probably coming at a very high cost.

morekaos' posts are almost outrageous as stuff on social media:

Trump is not Braveheart, nor a warrior, nor protected by God.

Democrats are not assassins.

This was not staged by Republicans.

Reminds me of 9/11 and moon landing conspiracies.

Good luck to us all and may there not be any more political violence.

I would have preferred a radical choice like Gabbard, but Vance will do just fine. The other two choices - establishment favorite Senator Rubio and/or worlds dullest man Governor Burgum would have been a drag on the ticket. Can't wait for the VP debate as JD will wipe the floor with Diversity Hire Barbie AKA "Cackles". Vance takes away the "Trump always wants "yes men" on his team" argument, relieves the "It's only old men who are running" question, and adds military, legal, finance experience wrapped in a compelling life story. It's a long way to November, but at least it will be an interesting ride!

Regardless of who the target is, it's sad that this could happen in the US or any modernized civilization.

Not to mention the bystanders who were killed or injured.

Insurrection, wars, assassination attempts... where is mankind headed? :(
Don’t forget this happened in Japan and unlike Trump, Abe was actually killed. It happened in one of the safest countries in the world I might add.

Political violence is nothing new, Reagan, Ford, Kennedy, Roosevelt, Wallace…we have always had lunatics…Trump just got lucky🤷🏽‍♂️👍🏽🇺🇸

Elon pledging $45m/mo to the Trump/Vance campaign seems paradoxical considering their anti-EV stance. Seems like some under table shenanigans going on.

None of those people are "new" except for Abe (Shinzo not Lincoln).

Really brings up the hot button of gun control and mental health.

Mental health, sure…as for gun control..not so much. That weapon was legally purchased over a decade ago by his father. Fathers fault for not securing it well enough but hardly a second amendment issue…🤷🏽‍♂️👍🏽🇺🇸

BETHEL PARK, Pa. — Federal investigators have determined that the rifle used in an assassination attempt on former president Donald Trump on Saturday was legally purchased by the gunman’s father in 2013, according to a person familiar with the investigation.

This is one of my favorite graphics about "scary guns".....

Gun comparison.jpg

Oh, and since the shooter used .556 NATO ammo, here are the same guns that can shoot .556 NATO rounds. You can buy either of them for about $1,000 if you shop around. Same price. Same ammo. Same 1 shot per trigger pull. Same impact at the target, but only one looks cooler scarier.

The solution is hardly about the 2nd Amendment. There are 21,000,000 "AR style" rifles in the U.S. and 1 was used to shoot a former President? Yeah, that's a great reason for banning an entire class of weapons because OMG they are scary.

Many, many things could have been done differently to prevent this tragedy. Knee jerk calls for gun control is at the bottom of the list of suggestions IMHO.

The Biden Admin has snubbed Tesla for years even though Tesla is the one making the biggest impact in EVs in the US.
With his decision to move SpaceX HQ to Texas, he likely thinks Republicans and Texas will treat him better than Democrats and California/Delaware.

Trump was lucky that he turned his head at the last min to look at a chart projected on a screen:

But it was also because of Thomas Matthew Crooks decision to aim for the head. Trump did not appear to have worn ballistic plates and Crooks could have aimed for the torso, which is much bigger than the head.

Crooks likely choose the weapon because that's what he used when he went to the rifle club with his father.
