Good point about the rain - that would be enough to keep us away as well. And darn right they'd better have some grocery store cookies and costco bottled water as well! One of my relatives' agents was doing full-on appetizers and even salmon dinner for their prospective buyers. Then again, we're not quite in that price range just yet
 
In 92 my condo was still new and the developer/owners had an open house during the storm. I'll never forget, one couple parked in the garage and went up to the open house, meanwhile, the levy broke and a wall of water came down the street and flooded the garage w 4 feet of water. The couple took the elevator down to the garage and the door opened letting 3 feet of water into the elevator.



They didn't buy....

Took the foreclosure tour today. Other than the Apple Valley Irvine, CA home most had only one or two visitors before me. Still overpriced.
