Do you guys think zero lot lines decreases a value of an SFR?  I've seen some in the $1M + range but zero lot.  Not sure if its a big deal, as long as the floorplan/location works.  Northpark or NWP.

I don't like zero lot lines but I'm not sure it has a significant impact on value compared to location, floorplan etc etc. Older Irvine stock and brand new Irvine stock is rife with zero lot line homes. I would only buy one if it had a 3CWG. :)

However, any negative perception can affect the size of your buyer pool if you ever want to sell in the future... but it only takes one person to buy your home.

I like 3wcg but those are far and few in Irvine. Older parts of Northwood and West park have them. The one I see is 3 Car but not wide.

It probably has a very small negative effect given the price levels of zero lot line homes in Woodbridge, Northwood Pointe, Northpark, etc.

I guess tustin school districts don't matter either given the prices in Northpark and Northpark Square.  Or does it?
