Google haunted house on Euclid and Hazard to read about the haunted stories. Structures across the street from the haunted house were razed. Both properties were in the market for 20 years and no buyers until the city took over the properties from private ownership.

I remember my dad telling me ghost stories about that corner house on euclid and hazard.

They leveled the home and built one or two on top.  I guess the bright side of the home is that you're a stones throw away from Di Vang.

There's another murder (or maybe it was suicide) house in Woodbury on Sanctuary that sold again recently after the initial post tragedy sale.  Wonder how long that have to disclose the murder/suicide.  In general, I heard Sanctuary in Woodbury has bad feng shui.  Lots of divorces, the suicide/murder thing, etc.

3 years i think

the previous owner or realtor is liable for that.. but not sure about all of the specifics.. if it's sold once does it have to be disclosed again if it's listed another time?

Yes. Three years is the limit, regardless of the number of times it has been sold/resold.

Several years ago when we were looking for our 'move up' house, we saw many houses in many areas and there was two houses in particular I got the creeps or felt an air of 'sadness' in the home.

One of the homes was in 'The Village' in Coto.  The home was empty (REO) and was actually unavailable to be seen due to an active beehive that set up in the house (there was a danger sign posted).  I found an unlocked garage side door and went in because it looked like it had really good potential from looking in the windows.  I got to the stairs that climbed up into the home and something stopped me dead in my tracks (there was no buzzing sound or anything).  I got this chill that went up my back and felt a sensation of 'GO AWAY'.  I booked it out of there and told my wife and the agent that this is definitely off the list to see.

The other home I went to in Mission Viejo.  It was a very nice and well maintained home.  Walking through the home I really liked the layout and the price was good....A little too good to be on the market for as long as it was.  The only thing is I felt a sensation of sadness after a a little while in the home as was kinda confused since I liked the home.  I asked my realtor (this was before I found USCTrojanman) to dig a little and give me more details on the home since it was one of my top three choices.  She notified me later that day the husband had died several months earlier (health related) along with other things related to the home.    I was still considering the home since I liked it and the price was really good but my wife was not having it.....
In the end, it all worked out for the best.  I got a house that is much more awesome (Lego movie reference), in a better area, and became friends with USCTrojanman who is a much better agent than my previous one.  Everything is awesome!

I bought an investment home in Laguna Hills. An old woman died of natural causes in the master bedroom, and they didn't find her for a few days. Some body fluids had leaked and soaked into the carpet and smelled something terrible. It became a probate sale, and I picked it up for a really great price in 2012.

I now rent it for $3,200 a month.  8)

haha

In all honesty I would probably live there now. I ripped out all the 1986 carpet and gutted the house. The kitchen, bathrooms, and even the garage flooring is all completely new.
