Sorry for posting a similar post for Portisol, however i am also interested in finding out more information on the Rosemoor tract in Woodbury which my agent seems to hold back on this information. I know that these homes are similar in size with the Villa Rosa Tract. I am interested in finding out what month and year first phase broke ground and the first phase prices of the homes of Rosemoor. I am also interested in knowing how many of these homes were built.

I would appreciate any information about this tract in Woodbury.

Thank you,

JPX

There is presently a "Rossmore" home for sale - and the listing can be found on Redfin... which frequently will tell you both the current sale price, and the prior sale price....consider 54 Logan in Woodbury... oops, you're right, Redfin doesn't list the last sale price...but the Zillow description says it was "appraised at 1.29 million" and is currently for sale at 1.188... hmmm... maybe a quick check of "foreclosureradar.com" is next...

54 Logan doesn't have any NODs yet. It's a plan 3 Rosemoor and the owner paid right at $1M for it in early 2005. It's one of the earlier Rosemoor phases...

Where do you think the "appraised at 1.29" comment comes from if it sold for 1m just three years ago? Possible HELOC?

I suspect they probably refinanced it or very well could be a HELOC. The couple that owns 54 Logan both worked in the mortgage industry. Neither is working now... Husband did start up a business or two in recent years so the house could have been used to fund those endeavors.

That section of Rosemoor is karate central. The grand master of Il-Do taekwondo lives there and around the corner is Master Doug Wong, who runs the Woodbury Il-Do studio. Wouldn't want to be a burgular there!
