From the photo, I think conservatory means the white part attached to right side of the house. Probably a "garden conservatory" that can be used as a green house (for plants) or extra room with lots of big windows.

Loggia can mean several different things. If it's used to describe that white part, then I think it's a semi-enclosed patio-room.

We saw these from the outside on Sunday. Individually, the homes look nice, but their placement (as detached condos in a cluster) is atrocious. These homes look huge and stacked on top of one another. The second home back had a second story window overlooking the first home to the street. To my eye, the project looked disproportionate for the size of the homes and how close together they were. One of the homes had a beautiful round entrance, but that front door was only (less?) than 10 paces away from your neighbor's front door. Maybe once the landscaping is in it will look better.

I received a mailing from Calpac today, looks like Sienna models won't be ready till early 2008? I remember driving through the area a few weeks ago and saw the models already quite finished. Wonder if Calpac just wants to avoid the winter season to open.

I notice that Sienna and Andelucia <---(I think that's how it's spelled) is no longer on the Cal Pac website. Are they not building these 2 neighborhoods?

Remnants of Sienna are still on TIC's website:

Also, models for Sienna are built, so while they may be going into mothballs for a while, it is doubtful the community will not (eventually) be built.

The sign for Andalucia on the corner of sand canyon and trabuco is no longer there. It used to say andalucia was coming in 2008. I believe the three or four homes built on the corner of sand canyon/trabuco are for andalucia but not sure.
