<p>Okay, well my lifestyle is 20% down and 30% DTI (I make "average" income too), and my neighborhood is near the beach. Fix me up Bill!</p>
 
graphrix - I didn't know that. I'll bet he also has one of the largest gardening bills. Do you think he makes a profit on those oranges? Farmland is taxed at a lower property tax rate than residential, I think.
