With W Lyon filing for Chapter 11, what will happen to Alderwood project?
Will it just get delayed or sold off to a new builder? New Home Company?

Speculation on my part but based on the news reports, they are simply restructuring their debt. It doesn't sound like they will be liquidating major assets. So Alderwood would most likely be delayed but not sold.

It's been business as usual at the other WL tracts. This is what, their third or 4th BK in the past 20 years? The General must be trying to keep up with The Donald.
