Where the smell near I-5 and 133 comes from

I wonder if anybody knows about where that weird smell comes from where just near the I-5 @133 and Barranca. There is an industrial area on Laguna Canyon, don't know if that's the reason.

The Great Park has a compost area causing that distinctive aroma:

Isn't that the odor from the landfill, hence the nicknames "Stinkgate", and "Potty Springs?"
