[quote author="Cameray" date=1249695338]Is it a church?</blockquote> No you were thinking about the Saddleback church or the Jewish campus near by Turtle Ridge designed by LPA

Many drive by it everyday. Built by TIC. It won many architectural awards. 2 minutes to walk up to it. It is literally in the backyards of IHBers. Architectural style is similar to the latest modern vernacular that we see as cutting edge in the green movement and sculptural aesthetic.

No. Are we playing hangman? You can ask ten questions before being hung.

[quote author="Cameray" date=1249696637]Yes. How am I doing?</blockquote>
You are doing well. Let me save you some time, It is not in Irvine Spectrum.

bk, this is not on par with your other posts.

You've been doing too much putting around town, with your personal driver.

Maybe it's time to let someone else carry your bags for a bit.

I think that would be a fairway to handle it.

It's in the city of Irvine so I don't suppose it can be the Tustin Ranch Golf Club?

Socal and IR2 guessed it correctly. The Tustin Golf Club House was one of Seitz's last projects built in 1990. At that time Roger Seitz, a passionate architectural historian was the head of design for TIC. He knew architecture and had a vision. He was the most inspirational visionary leader. At that time he hired Rib Wellington Quigley architect to design this building under his review. The idea and form were ahead of its time. We now see modern architecture just catching up to this style some 20 years later.

He was a man who left for heaven way ahead of his time just like his vision. He died during the early 90's. He was the reason I came to live in Irvine. The Irvine Company lost a visionary who was not only a historian and educator of architecture but a guiding force for incredible housing solution. The older neighborhoods that we all admired were his legacy.

It was not too hard at all because the posts are contained within the first page.

You are all Goo fu masters. The easy one is not really a challenge one when you all figured it out in 1/2 a day. Someday if I get on that chair facing Regis then I need all your numbers.

Awwww... I missed this one.

I would not have guessed it anyways... haven't been to Tustin Golf Club.

But I do like the historical factoids that bk provides.
