Where on the Irvine Ranch was this photo taken? #6

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
This operation has over 1,200 workers with many different talents. It was one of the first industrial buildings built in Irvine almost 5 decades ago. This company is recession proof and the only operation in Irvine continues to expanding its work force. The management philosophy is to promote equal opportunities. Both female and male workers have the same pay scale and have almost exactly the same job descriptions.

I caught that part but it's tooooo small.

This facility specializes in custodial support, agricultural training, and other support services for non profit organizations of Orange County. The perts are full benefits including: complimentary breakfast, lunch and dinner; full healthcare with zero deductible; full educational training for career change. Workers love this company and no one ever quit or got laid off.

Currently the facility has 2500 people but to meet future productivity demand adding work force would be necessary.

Lol.. you are so crazy bk!

At first I was thinking one of the nurseries.. but now I think it might be the Musick Jail

I think your right. I couldn't tell if the name started with a W or M.

It is Musick Facility not Jail. Jail is a bad word on the Irvine Ranch. This is a career development center for remorceful pimps hookers, elementary school wankers, burglars, thieves, drug dealers, addicts, dead beat dads, wife beaters, and etc

Great community asset to have in the future residential zones. Excellent career enhancement facility to change and improve lives one at a time. Do I make a good marketing person?

Here's one.

I don't know the answer. Just found the picture a while ago and wondered where it was.

Turtle Rock july 8th 1974 at 9:15 am. Street facing east (current Shady Canyon/turtle ridge) toward the land with cow pasture. Lion Country Safari was along the 405 fwy and cows were at the back side toward Turtle Rock. After the Safari closed cows migrated toward the freeway and often seen along the freeway. The shadow angle is an indicator of the morning sun instead of the late afternoon sun. Cows would be under the canopy of trees after 11:00 am. The cows were eating. The Ford Pinto wagon was a 1973 model but it already got a plate. The grass were yellow in the hills often about the time in July where the grass turned yellowish brown. Cars parked on the driveway is an indicator of people were at home before work or on summer vacation schedule. Boungavillia with the red flowers required full sun and bloomed profusely during the hottest months in July-August. The ideal planter location also support my directional theory.

The streets is relatively flat and that pretty much eliminated all coastal locations except for Cameo Shore looking at the hills of Pelican but the western sun angle would be different. The architectural style there was more Eichler like and has more purity than the crapectecture in the photo. Along the coast street layouts were parallel to to grades and the hills behind for view and never perpendicular to the hills as depicted in the photo.
