Which neighborhood is this on the Irvine Ranch? IHO?

Anyone wants to read hints?

Correction to the title "near" should read "in".

Actually, IHO is short for Irvine_Home_Owner who is one of our valued 3-car garage loving forum members who resides near me in Irvine.

Good guess but it is not. Glenneyre was inspired by this earlier neighborhood and the name of the project was named after a street in Laguna Beach. This was Brookfield Homes first debut project in Irvine. The mew at Glenneyre was 20' apart between the front doors while the posted picture depict a 45' mew. Notice the absence of garages in the pedestrian experience. I can't believe that something nice like this do exist in Irvine Ranch.

Are Brookfield homes well built?

Good guesses but no. Keep trying. The Irvine Ranch is very diverse. We are all shocked to realize that how little do we know about this amazing cocoon.

As the homes in this tract becomes older they always lose value compared to market rate and become less desirable as the years go by.

Northwood....the greenbelt that runs between Westwood and Eastwood (crossing Yale), behind Bluecoat (north of Yale) and Westport (south of Yale).

The next nice number should be 888. So post sparingly like using the lifeline on the Millionaire game show.

These homes are worth less than half of similar and comparable houses in the next neighborhood tract. This tract is always losing value and to a point considered extremely undesirable as an investment.

Am I right? Or close? I think I might be wrong, because the sidewalk meanders a little on that Northwood greenbelt --- while the one in your picture appears dead straight.
