Looks like Turtle Rock to me but the picture is so small I can't make it out.

I'm having a tough time making it out too. But, my random question is: Is it just off/practically on PCH?

I can't post a larger picture due to the file size not allowed by IHB application. Not TR or PCH adjacent. Click on attachment and expand screen to see a slightly larger picture. House is landlock like most homes on the Ranch.

Owners of this home would like to add on but due to the landlock condition no addition was even possible let alone having to deal with strict HOA. The owners bought another property close by to alleviate the entertaining need and some occasional overnight guests.

The playhouse in the yard was inspired by a cottage depicted in a blockbuster movie.

Cameray is the winner again. The residents there considered their neighborhood Ocean Ridge and not Newport Coast the assigned postal zone.

The house belongs to Kobe and Vanessa Bryant. In the backyard they put a replica of Hagrid's cottage from the Harry Potter movies. Their lot is a flag lot where the house has no street frontage other than just enough of a driveway squeezed between 2 neighbors' homes.

The first picture looked like NPB. Check out the landscaping (Roger's Gardens comes to mind) and now look at the signage in the street median.

very nice!

i had heard his home was relatively modest. are these custom? the simple yet elegant roofline is a stark contrast to all the overly-complex rooflines of his neighbors. seems bk-approved - did you have something to do with this?

The simple roof line is very clean and classic. Thank you for pointing it out. I was not involved with this house but the good people who review the design were my past colleagues with a lot of my influences. The later homes like this one the Review committee mandated a simpler roof forms. Shady was something I started and enforced for a few years before others carried on with the torch.
