What's your take?  My sister bought an Alkaline water system.  I drank some of it and felt like it absorbed in my system quicker.  More energy.. maybe to the same affect Gatorade would provide.  Maybe it's all mental.  who knows.

Also want to add that she paid 5K for her machine and it was an eye sore.  lol.. enough for me not to buy one.  I also hear they are terrible at filtering water.
