<p>This is a 3850 sq.ft gorgeous house. Redfin records say that this house was sold in on 12/29/2005 for 375000!!!!</p>

<p>I hope its just a typo in redfin. this is crazy if it was really sold for 375000. Its like winning a lottery!</p>

typo. it should be 1.375M is my guess... its basically identical to this house on triple leaf which often shows up here.
