What kind of animal it is?

I found every other day . Unknown animal leaves its poop in our backyard.
Does any one know what animal it is by its dropping
How can I prevent it?

Opossum. (Might be a skunk but doesn't look pointy enough on one end)

Rent a Haveahart live trap from a farm/feed store.  Hitchin Post Feed Store has them for rent on Chapman, just down from the chapman/jamboree crossroads. Trap and relocate.  What's it eating in your yard?
