Question for those in the know, which seems to be everyone on this thread.
What is a good real estate agent supposed to do for a seller? I'd like to know specific activities in your opinions.
The reason I ask is that I feel our agent isn't doing enough, but then again I am not from this field so I do not want to be unfairly critiquing the way she does her job.
