I went to see the FHA loan limits, but found that it goes up in higher areas if you are designated as "two family" or higher? Does one family mean one person, one person of 4, or one person that makes the money in the household?

If you choose CA and click "Send", you will see the results of higher FHA limits for CA, depending on if you are one family, two family, etc. Thanks.!
