I have nothing to do with this website and company.  Just skimmed through this.  Depends on what they can actually deliver but I like the transparent bidding if that's really going to happen. Or... it could be a big let down like redfin agents...

Just looking at their homepage there's 2 reasons I wouldn't use them.

1) They use the phrase "- The BS".  This is very unprofessional, probably some kid that came up with this tagline and thought it was genius.
2) Their logo resembles a phallic symbol, and based on the kid who came up with #1, I don't think that's an accident.  They probably giggle about it daily in their garage office.
 
I don't know if you are 100% serious or not but I guess you are right that some young folks were doing the web design.  The words like BS, freaking, hell, dope... are norm for them.

Ummm the phallic symbol...  I didn't see it until you mentioned it.  I thought it was a key hole or door knob but may be you are right or...
