Would like to see if anybody rents/owns in the following tracts, and how they like it there?





Aventura


Brio


Corta Bella


Tiempo (I used to live here!)


Las Palmas (I've seen rentals here for 2000+)
 
Did I mention this is for Las Palmas? Personally, it is just alright. The HOA board is , citing people for parking on the street, in-fighting (I hear - as a renter, you don't have any voting rights), a stickler for rules and regs that aren't uniformly applied. If I were looking to buy, I wouldn't look here. I think the houses are overpriced, many rentals.
 
<p>I've been told that the Brio HOA is solvent, effective, and fair. The units are 11 years old and aren't really breaking... yet. I've heard mixed reports on the sound isolation between units, some say it's great, others not so much.</p>

<p>Aventura was built by the same builder. Beyond that, I know nothing about that tract.</p>
