One of my buyers will be closing on their new home in the next few weeks and will rent their condo out beginning 12/1/11 and I have listed it for lease for them on MLS. The 1,200sf condo is a 2 bedroom (dual master bedroom suites with a full bath) and 2.5 bath split-level condo with an attached 2-car garage. The condo is a Andover Plan 1 floor plan with no one above or below you. The address of the condo is 17 Weathersfield in Irvine. The rental list price is $1,999/month. I've attached a few pictures to show how great the place looks....100x better than a comparable TIC rental. The listing should be up on realtor.com and a few other rental website with more pictures but can be found by searching by the MLS # (S678468).
