Here's the re-do on Welton, lots of conflicting reports on these homes. If you click on the old LONL thread above, someone reported that first phase and second phase were sold out way back in June! And AW reported today that they're still 4-5 months from the first release?? I just know that these are on motorcourts and should be detached condo's. City of Irvine online parcel map do not show these as individual lots, so pray hard if you think you can buy brand new true SFHs for less than a million. Also keep in mind the potential traffic situation these homes can encounter during drop off time in the morning as I alluded to here:

The plan 2 Spanish Tower that AW pointed out is my pick if I were to buy here. Not sure why, but drawn to circular foyer/entrances.
