Is there a website where you can check to see how much the owner owned to the bank for their house without asking the title company to run the title for you?
I saw a townhouse listing for $ 449K, according to Redfin, they brought it for 165K in 2000, but yet it is a short sale? I don't get it? I asked the listing agent why would it be a short sale and was informed he can't disclose that information.
