I want to install a water softener for my new home. However, because i didnt pre-plumb for it, the plumbers would have to dig into the ground to put a drain in on the outside of my house nea the "clean out." The contracting company with my builder can do it but there system is not as good and they charge more. I would like to choose another company. But I am wondering if it will affect my 4 year warranty for the plumbing....anyone know?
