Village of Sendero/Rancho Mission Viejo

I wonder if they've changed much about their plans since then.  Here are the 2007 screen grabs of the overall development and the first village:

Over 12,500 units?  Wow, talk about the congestion at the 'Y' and south Irvine with all those extra commute vehicles along with the tens of thousands of additional homes that will be built around the great park. 

Um, CalTrans......  any plans on adding an extra 10 lanes in each direction on the 5 freeway or extending the toll road?

Problem is the old school upper management who does not believe in that new age fangled work style.  I have worked at several companies who have home shoring as an approved option but local management likes the "butt in the seat" management style.
