All real estate agents should do these videos. It gives the viewer a better feel for the home than just a virtual tour (if you're lucky) or a slideshow. Tim Morisette seems to have a couple styles. One is a more highly produced video using a drone and one is a more casual, narrated walk-through style. I think both are very helpful. Hopefully, one day it will be standard.

The drone views are awesome.  Especially for SFR's with nice yards, drone shots make them look like luxury estates.  And at least those shots you can put on your MLS listing, not sure if MLS will ever host videos.

A house down the street from me recently sold and they had a drone shot from the front and side, made the house look really cool.
