update on "weeping desert willow"

I remember several months back IR posted some great listings on Desert Willow. One in particular 28 was artificially (admittedly so by the agent, to spur interest) At that time he claimed that this technique, along with this great blog stirred tremendous interest and that his phone was ringing off the hook and that he was getting multiple offers. Apparently, the clever people on this blog saw right through these lies and this property went to auction in 8/07. Now bank owned it is listed at 1.1 mil as the bank is trying to recuperate its money. Great job people.

I think that 30 desert willow actually did sell on that street. a few weeks ago, it was "pending offer" on redfin, and now it's gone.





but the property taxes are still unpaid from 2006...





anyone have info on it?
