Its namesake, $11, burger only, $17 for fries and beer combo

Fried Parmesan crisp, shiitake mushroom, tomato

Close up, all burgers are cooked medium rare

Off menu truffle skinny fries, $5, regular fries are $3.50

Expensive suds...  $9 for draft

Our total with two burgers, shared fries, and three beers was over $60, not worth the hype in my opinion.  Skip the beers go with water, and ask for the habanero dipping sauce.  Felt a bit out of place with more tattooed people then non tattooed people, and why do guys wear skinny jeans and one size too small shirts?

ive been to the orginal one and while the burger was good, i did not care for their pretentious attitude. they will not modify a burger to how you want it. i hate it when restaurants do that. not sure if they have relaxed their policy since then.

They asked if medium rare was ok...  So that might be changeable, maybe due to mad cow?
