He is right on the money. If you are going to buy it is for a very long time like 10 years. If not you will be a knife catcher and either not get the rent you want or not be able to flip and will be another forclosure waiting to happen. People 13.2 million are unemployed and we are shedding jobs at 5 to 600,000 every month till the end of the year you have not even seen prices really drop when those 19 million homes show up on the street for sale. This is a depression and people just do not get it that it is only get a whole lot worse for years to come before it gets better maybe in 4 years.
