What are your top 2 or 3 responses to buyers that are having trouble with a home with a circular staircase? Curious how that's handled.

I think you mean "correctly guess" the final sales price.

1. Apple Stores. Boom.
2. Easily converts to a fireman's pole. Caveat: you'll have to check with the HOA for permission on that one.
3. Minimizes footprint from traveling from floor "A" to floor "B" and preserves usable sqftage.

If you've been to that beach, there really is a small cave down there, almost directly below that site.

Really?  Why?  He sold my home way back when and he did an ok job, although almost anything sold easily then.  That was probably before he started going into the Tustin Ranch Estates level though.
