I don't know the area that well....what do you think the area of Newport Blvd and Main in Tustin?

around old town tustin? the more desirable area is a bit further north as you get into the foothills. i love the old time retail and dining in that area though. rutabegorez, for example.

One of my relatives lives in old town tustin. It might look a little old and run down in some spots, but old tustin really is nice. They have alot of nice single family homes and good shops, ETC.
