I have to admit, this house is pretty nice.  Over 2,700sq ft of single story goodness in Turtle Rock and the reno looks to have used high quality finishes at a glance.  Looking at Google Maps street view this thing looks like it was pretty much a teardown:

Will be interesting to see what it sells for.
 
this guy is awesome.  he turns 4 bed, 1.75 bath, 1798 sqrt feet into 5 bed, 4 bath and 2741 sqrt feet..  genius....
 
I think the seller should have paid for professional staging to make the place really pop.  Currently it looks very bare with standard flip material.  It definitely needs to impress more with that type of price tag.
 
didn't like the hardwood or laminate flooring choice. of all the different types of wood  why pick the red tone...so ugly

just stating my personal choice.
