Rewording my question. How many foul play deaths and incidents initially occured in Irvine and later sent to Santa Ana to avoiding blemishing the safest city record because only physical death is counted.
This trivia includes all such foul play activities in Irvine that eventually lead to deaths outside the city limit.
John Hare's template: "the crime appeared to have been commited somewhere else or suicide related and the victim died later in a hospital"
