Good Job IR2 and would you call these tract? The courtyard in this plan is actually an outside foyer protected by a roof with slots cut into it to allow light to permeate the planter. The courtyard is really the outside hallway to access the other rooms.



This home looks custom based on today standard. However, I am looking for a truly atrium courtyard in a stucco tract home project. Thank you for posting a beautiful home.
