So tract 17739 still does not have a disclosed builder.  These are three rows of homes on Cruiser and Calderon.  They are sandwiched between Juniper below and Silvermist above.  Buildzoom came up nada.  The models for these homes are here:

Did some more google fu and got two confusing hits:

Both of these permits carry the 208 Radial address.  So who's the builder?  If it's Ryland (which I'm thinking), these look similar to Melrose and are over 6000 sq ft lots.  Wonder why they haven't disclosed this tract yet?
