"Kim" is definitely Korean, "Lee" is about half Korean and all the other are Chinese.  So it looks like about 70% of the buyers are Chinese (3.5/5 = 70%).  That actually sounds about right.  I still can't believe Whites still represents about 50% of Irvine.  I thought by now there would have been more significant "white flight" (although I wish there wasn't).
