Damn - these are some very nice homes/floor plans. IHO - can you say 4 car garage?  These homes are massive, some are up to 5,400 sq ft.  They open late 2012. No pricing yet.

Some of those are nice... although many of them have the laundry downstairs or even as pass-thrus from the garage... c'mon... for a 4800+sft  home... you have the space to put it elsewhere.
