To wait or not to wait?

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
Hi all,

I am new to this forum. I just found out about this from Google.

Anyways, I am looking into buying a small house in Irvine or Tustin Ranch. I've been watching the house prices in OC and most of the surrounded cities have seen prices depreciated 20 to 30% but not Irvine, Hungtinton Beach, Newport Beach.

What is the reason for this?

Should I continue to wait?

My budget price is about 550k. Which area in irvine would you recommend?

Thanks

Wait. 550 will get you quite a bit in a year. Find a nice rental and watch.

Ban by IP address, the comedic value is rapidly being outpaced by the annoyance factor.
