Best Buy has the Tineco floor mop and vac on sale. The S3 Extreme for $199 and S5 for $279. These are made for hard floors and not carpet.
They both come with the same accessories and extra rollers, filter. Same battery. The S5 has 40% larger clean/dirty water tanks which allows it to run longer before refill/empty. It also has edge cleaning roller design that lets you clean closer to the wall, plus built in hair strainer.
Although the unit has built in vacuum, if your floor has a lot of crap like spilled cereal, do sweep first. The Tineco's filter is quite small.
What this product excels at is being a better maintenance wet mop than a swifter. It will vac up debris & hair, wet mop your floors, and leave it cleaner than a swifter. While not the same as a real mop and bucket, it does the job well enough for daily needs.
Just as swifter mop company make money from selling refills, Tineco make money from selling the cleaning solution (only small amount needed for each cleaning) and Best Buy make money from selling extended warranty. But don’t try to DIY the cleaning solution with random detergents.
If you want your Tineco to last, it's essential to drain, clean and wipe after each use. Take the roller out after self cleaning cycle and put it on the roller stand. Remove the tanks, empty, wipe, and set it on the side to dry. Constant exposure to moisture will kill the unit faster.
If you don't want to be bothered to clean and dissemble after each use, I recommend buying the S3 model and use it and until it dies. Tineco comes with 2 year warranty, if you purchase with VISA or AmEx you get +1 year extended warranty through your credit card company.
The even cheaper Tineco iFloor 3 Breeze is on sale at Amazon for $168.50 via Black Friday deal.
