Does anyone know why quite often there's unbearable sewer smell around the I-5 & Alton Parkway area, where there's a Costco, Walmart and Living Spaces, etc.? Sometimes I can smell it in Woodbury and Stonegate area. I know about the landfill at Bees Canyon Road, but why is it so bad at Alton & I-5? Is there another landfill somewhere?
