I think this looks pretty cool. It's a group simulator like Captain EO but has three or four different interactive games you can play on it. It's at The Spectrum -- huh, who knew. I found it while researching new ways to plan my kid's birthday but, strangely, he's not interested in the 7D thing at all.

I think I'll drag him to visit with just us for the limited time movie to preview it before deciding.

I went to 7D @ The Spectrum today. Did the Limited Edition, "Forbidden Mine" ride. It was fun but kind of pricey at $12 /p.p. for being just a 5 minute movie. One of the lasers was not aligned, which put a damper on the experience. They have a dress-up area with hats, wigs, and feathered boas. The parking was extremely crazy at the Spectrum today (Mother's Day), even in front of Macy's, which is vacant. However, 7D was easy to find. It's directly next to the ferris wheel, next door to Haagen Dazs.

There's a groupon I believe, makes it cheaper and supposedly the employees lets you run the other scenarios for $2 more?

Pop quiz:  what was at this location prior to 7D?

Wasn't it an olive oil store or something?
