Saw of the last plan one models available at $824K. It was one of the most depressing places I've seen anywhere. It was so dark. The only light this unit got was the front small bedroom. That's it. The living room/kitchen were very dark. The master bedroom tiny. What concerned me the most was the guest bathroom had no windows. There were trying to sell this place for awhile. You can tell it was sitting there for awhile. It had the worst N-S exposure. And one of the homes that will border it was not even built yet. Needless to say, a real lose of a place. 2125 sq ft. But it feels small. The only redeeming factor was the font looked nice. But only one window faced the sun. And across the street from you was other Lennar homes, those homes actually backup to the old business park/RV storage area. You are also close the flight path, actually almost underneath it. You hear Edinger in the background. They were ready to sell, but I would not offer them $600K for the place. It was a beautiful sunny day too. And when late Spring/Early Summer hits, the place will be even darker and gloomy. How they can try to see this dump for $824K get's me. $10K incentive again. Big deal. This plan one reminds of an afterthought. After building plans two and three, there was some land between them. And the only way go get the home to fit was to built it sideways. The living areas are therefore dark as ever.
