Taylor Morrison buying tips

Hi, has anyone have gone through the process to getting pre-approved with Taylor Morrison?

Isn't it the same process as with other builders?

I think lovingit want to know how TM select buyers from their pre-qualified list. 

Pre-qualify process for all builders are relative similar but each builder have their own process to select buyers for purchasing the new homes.

Bring suitcases of cash to the sales office and you will get the home you want.

Assuming we dont have a suitcase full of cash, how do you prioritize as a loan buyer?
