Located where Darya used to be long ago, the owner leased the location to run his catering business.  However the city would only allow him to lease the location zoned for restaurant if he opened as a restaurant at least one day a week.  So he opted to do brunch on Sundays.  He used to own 3 restaurants but lost them when the economy took a hit in last decade.

Menu changes weekly, but if you like your beef medium rare, go early.  If you go late the meat will be well done under the heat lamp.  Menu from last Sunday: http://www.brunchatchefs.com/projects.html

The Blueberry French Toast Souffl? was basically blueberry bread pudding, LoL.  In addition to whatever that's offered in the buffet, you can also ask them to make pancakes, waffles, omelets, etc.  But I think the buffet items are good enough.

p.s.  most female customers here wear headscarf, so dress modestly.

Thanks momo... I'm always looking for a brunch buffet ("buffet" being the key word) to try out.

The prices are reasonable too.

Wait... so does this mean no bacon?

I suspect no, but on the up side, you can ask them to make crepes for you.  Skip the waffles.
