They added about 3-5 new stop signs in my complex. 4 are on a roundabout. IAC decided not to paint the ground with a line and the word STOP. So now when you try to cross the street its worse then before. People can't see the signs at night. Do they not have to have a line and paint on the ground? It just seems very dangerous. It was better before the stops at least you were aware of the problem. The city of Irvine says its IAC's problem. IAC does not call me back. What is the law on this?

It's private property, but the IAC is obligagted to follow all laws regarding posting stop signs. You won't recieve a ticket, but the IAC will be sued if an accident happens.

They couldn't of just put up a speedbuster or something?

Anyone notice the cops hanging out in Oak Creek / Oak Park area, handing out tickets to people who didn't stop at the stop signs?
