I did this before, take existing plans and modify them to my wants:

But I decided to make one just for Stonegate.
My first victim, the smallest SFR, Maricopa Plan 1. Now, I did add some square footage to the second floor but that's only because I think they wasted space and while this may end up looking boxier from the front, there is some room near the front of the added area to add some changes for aesthetics:
The big changes are the downstairs huge walk-in pantry, the upstairs loft/bonus, laundry room and second master closet.
More could be done with the loft/bonus (the 2nd closet might be too big) but I was in a hurry.
