<p>The most misleading stat is that John McMonigle, the world leader in the sale of homes with in excess of $600,000,000 sold volume in 2006, is shown in the lowest chart. If the stats are to be published, get them right.</p>

According to OC Home Review -- which was clearly listed as the source of the data -- on 7-8-2007 John McMonigle had 8 expired listings and no sales in Irvine. Today their website shows 3 sales in Irvine with 12 expired listings which would still put him on the list of losers in the lowest sales rate category.





If you have a problem with the data, I suggest you contact OC Home Review and get them to correct any errors.





If you have a problem with the ranking, I suggest you tell Mr. McMonigle to SELL MORE HOUSES!!! It is the surest way to get off the list.





As for yourself, thank you for blustering in our forum and misspelling a word in your post title. Your post will undoubtedly be fodder for many amused members below.

<p>If you're going to post that it's inaccurate, then post your own data as well.</p>

<p>Otherwise, you seem to be pretty useless yourself.</p>

<p>So...if the "stats" are "right", you are ok with it? Well the data is here is just for Irvine, who gives shxt if John is a "world leader" of selling homes or selling hot air! If you think the data is wrong, why don't you show us how many homes he sold in irvine lately?</p>

<p>The bottom line is you realtors just don't like people to know how little value you bring, especially for the amount of commission you charge. On a hourly basis, realtor probably makes more money then a good attorney and that is just insane!</p>

<p>Oh ya, you were in the title business before? Well, that is another industry full of scams! I just sold a home, and Chicago Title can't find a public record with the county recording office! WTF!! </p>
