Steven Choi wasted 1.7 million dollars on this audit. Does the same apply to him?
 
its all politics the AG didn't do anything and the OC prosecutor didn't do anything

No it doesn't. The $1.7m should be billed to Agran since he started this mess in the first place.

Agreed. You can't just let corruption go free. Also the audit itself was approved by all of city council (including Agran). The audit committee was run by Shea/Lalloway.
