Staffed Clubhouses

Can anyone think of any communities within Irvine or South O.C. that have on-site community management ASIDE from the 55+ communities?

Woodbridge has the whole village association that is always fully staffed.

Lake Forest residents in certain tracts have the Lake Forest II Sun & Sail Club.

Are those only staffed with rec aides or is there also a community manager, etc.? For example, could the resident fill out a work order, pick up an approved paint color swatch, etc.?

I also wonder if Baker Ranch has onsite community management.

LFII HOA is fully staffed, community manager, approved swatches for painting, etc. It is responsible for the 3,400 homes it represents with current association fees of ~$76. Sorry for the non-Irvine example. I'm sure Lake Mission Viejo, Lake Forest Beach & Tennis Club are similar.

Pavilion Park and Beacon Park has on-site community rep. they switch between locations for select days. sometimes I see one person working out of the office, sometimes two.
