<p>A few really beautiful homes for rent... but soooo many of them were listed with:</p>

<p>I would love to rent an actual house, and not a condo/apartment/townhome... but how many people REALLY want to rent a house that's on the market and deal with realtors, strange people in and out and virtually NO privacy because of it?</p>

<p>I guess I'll be staying in my Irvine Company Townhome a bit longer...</p>

<p>I assume these homes would be priced below the rental rate in the area, since nobody would rent such place unless there are incentives...</p>

<p>Oh, I know who would like to rent it out: some of the IHBrs gave up consumerism and have a minimum of earthly possessions, so moving out wouldn't be a problem. Besides, they might even enjoy meeting prospective buyers during open houses and dispensing our accumulated RE wisdom to the masses. Go schadenfreude!</p>
 
I could do it. There was one stretch were I moved 7 times in 6 years. I am pretty tired of moving. If part of the deal was a free, white-glove move, I might consider it.

<p>Some of them are way below rental prices because they are "Staged" and you just occupy them to keep them "show ready". Interesting... guess they don't want our furniture! LOL!</p>
